Why I do this work

Organizations don't fall short on strategy. They fall short because of how people actually behave inside them.
I've spent 20+ years inside organizations at their most critical moments, scaling fast, going through acquisitions, rebuilding after a crisis, navigating what AI means for their workforce. In every case, the real problem wasn't the plan. It was the gap between what the organization said it was and how it actually operated. What individuals wanted to achieve, versus where they landed.

That lens comes from Wall Street, where I started, environments where the difference between stated culture and actual behavior is measured in real financial consequence. I've carried it through startups, Fortune 500s, healthcare, retail, consumer goods, energy, fintech, and real estate. Every industry adds a new dimension to the same fundamental question: why do organizations behave the way they do, and how do you change it?
